Availability
I work a full time job at the Asheville Humane Society from 9:30-6:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday so my availability is limited to check ins and dog walks right before work, midday and after work. On Sunday and Monday though I’m available all day for multiple visits if needed.

I cannot care for pets at my own home but am available for in home care including feeding, walks playtime baths, training as requested by the pet parent and extensive care by request from pet parents for dogs or cats who need medication via pills, nebulizer, eye drops etc and any physical therapy requirements. I am also more than willing to clip nails, clean ears, teeth, and give baths.

While I don’t mind pet sitting or dog walking any sort of breed I do ask you to let me know about any food allergies, training you’d like me to continue, and quirky personality traits.
A typical day
If I’m watching a dog my visits typically include fetch, running around the yard, going on walks and letting them sniff stuff, maybe even impromptu training if the pet parent ask. Plus general task like feeding, refilling water, picking up poop, administering medication or supplements etc. If I’m watching a cat my visits typically include changing litter, refilling water and food, playing with their toys etc.

Previously a wildlife rehabilitator, farm hand and now Adoption Counselor, at the Asheville Humane Society, I’m looking to save up money to pay off student debt and fund my love for animals. With 2 cats at home and a pet bird I love taking care of animals.
