I am very mindful of how cats can have different personalities, and I create a safe environment that suits each of them. My environment is always quiet, relaxing, and playful, depending on what the cat is comfortable with. I always share the same energy a cat gives, obviously not when they hiss at me. I am very patient with uncertain cats and give them their basic care while keeping my distance if needed, allowing them to become comfortable at their own pace without forcing interaction. I always keep a clean environment for my own sanity too. I also don’t mind cats on beds either, since I’m happy to let them have access to comfortable spaces as long as they are safe. If your cat is an outdoor cat, I’m more than happy to take them on walks and give them some time outside!
