I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, so being around them has always felt very natural to me. Over the years, I’ve met and cared for dogs with all kinds of personalities, high-energy and bouncy, calm and low-energy, playful and excitable, elderly and gentle, or dogs who simply prefer their own space. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m good at reading their behaviour and adapting to what they need. Some dogs want lots of attention, play and affection, while others are happier having some quiet time and space. I’ll always take the time to understand your dog’s individual personality and make sure they feel comfortable, safe and happy. I’ve always had a natural bond with dogs and genuinely love spending time with them. Whether your dog needs a long walk and lots of stimulation, some playtime and cuddles, or simply a calm and reassuring presence, I’ll make sure they get the care and attention that’s right for them. 💗

I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, relaxed and cared for, whether they are staying in my home or being looked after in their own familiar environment. I take the time to understand each pet’s individual routine and follow their owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medication where appropriate, sleeping arrangements, and any specific needs or preferences. I’m happy to be patient and take things at the pet’s pace, particularly with dogs who are nervous or unsure of new people. I believe trust is earned, not expected, so I’m more than happy to give a dog the time and space they need to become comfortable with me. On walks, I stay attentive to my surroundings and consider each dog’s individual triggers and needs. I keep dogs appropriately secured and managed and will choose quieter areas or routes where necessary to help keep walks safe and enjoyable. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Please let me know in advance if you expect your dog to be placed in a crate, cage or other confined space when I leave the property. I am willing to use appropriate confinement where it is genuinely necessary and suitable for the individual animal, but I will only do so where the enclosure is large enough and appropriately equipped for the animal’s needs, and where the amount of time they are expected to remain confined is reasonable and complies with applicable animal-welfare guidance and requirements. I will not carry out any instruction that I believe would be harmful, unsafe, neglectful or inappropriate for the animal. If I am asked or expected to do something that I believe could compromise an animal’s welfare or safety, I will refuse to do so and, where necessary, raise the matter with Rover. My aim is always to provide care that is safe, respectful, compassionate and in the best interests of the pet.

Highly recommend!! Left my two with Yasmin for three hours and they were absolutely fine. Dogs were happy, calm and tired on my arrival back. Will definitely be using in future 🩷
What can I say? Yasmin is truly a 10/10 find on here! Such a lovely person that sent me constant updates and pictures of my two cats whilst I was away. Followed instructions perfectly and never gave me any worries! True peace of mind! I think the cats were even a little upset when I arrived back 😂

Yasmin was absolutely amazing! She went the extra mile for Nelly, made sure she had her full walk time, made sure her water was filled up and that she had loads of cuddles! Yasmin even left a little gift for Nelly which she absolutely loves! Will definitely be booking again!

Schedule
I run my own small clothing brand from home, as well as other bits and pieces independently. Because I work for myself, my schedule is very flexible and I’m able to organise my days around the needs of the dogs in my care. This means I can be flexible with walks, visits, feeding times and routines, rather than being tied to a typical 9–5 schedule. I’m happy to work around your dog’s usual routine as much as possible, so they can feel comfortable and settled while you’re away. My priority is making sure your dog gets the time, attention, exercise and care they need, and I’m able to dedicate plenty of time to them rather than fitting their care around a rigid work schedule.

- Please let me know about any behavioural quirks, triggers, fears, reactivity or specific needs your dog has before their stay or walk. The more I know in advance, the better I can prepare and make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable and understood. I’m very happy to be patient with nervous, shy, anxious, reactive or unsettled dogs and give them the time, space and reassurance they need to build trust with me. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m happy to adapt to their individual personality and routine. If your dog is uncomfortable/ unfriendly around other dogs, that’s absolutely fine. please just let me know. I can keep them away from other dogs and choose quieter walking areas where appropriate. Dogs who prefer their own space can still have safe and enjoyable walks with me. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Please be completely honest with me about whether your dog has ever shown aggression or attempted to bite a person, including a previous sitter, walker, owner or stranger, or whether you have any reason to believe they may pose a risk to me. This is particularly important as I have unfortunately been bitten by a dog in the past. For my own safety, I do not accept dogs that are known to be aggressive towards people or that present a significant risk of biting me. This is different from dogs who are simply reactive, nervous or uncomfortable around other dogs, I am happy to work with those dogs when I know their triggers and can manage their walks safely. Please tell me everything you feel I should know, even if you think it is minor or unlikely to happen. This includes reactions to people, dogs, children, traffic, noises, handling, food, toys, being touched, being left alone, or anything else that may cause your dog to become distressed or defensive. I would always rather know too much than not enough. Honest information allows me to keep both your dog and myself safe and ensures I can provide the best possible care.
