Teacher on Break Who Loves Dogs!
I’ve grown up around both dogs and cats and have always loved being around animals. I currently help care for my three “pup nephews” (all pugs!) and frequently dog sit for family. I’m very comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, and great at following routines and instructions. Since I’m off for summer break, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the care and attention they deserve. I also enjoy being active, going on walks/runs, and taking dogs to the park for exercise and fun!

Schedule
I’m currently on summer break from teaching, so my schedule is very flexible! I’m available during weekdays and weekends for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and playtime. Because I have extra free time this summer, I’m able to give pets lots of attention, exercise, and care throughout the day.

I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with access to a dog park and nearby walking trails/parks where pets can get exercise and fresh air. While my apartment is cozy, I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for during their stay. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their routines, instructions, and environment to help pets feel secure and stress-free. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet, and I treat every animal with the same love and attention I would give my own family pets.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes lots of attention, playtime, walks, and cuddles! I enjoy keeping dogs both physically and mentally active by going on walks, exploring nearby parks, playing games, and letting them enjoy new smells and environments safely. Since I’m a teacher on summer break, I have a flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of love, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I always make sure pets feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while they’re with me.
