My cat isn’t easy to take care of since he has a super sensitive stomach and my last-minute boarding request made me so stressed. but she accepted him right away. and kept me updated the whole time, which made me feel so relieved. Really appreciate her help!
This review truly cannot capture the immense care, time, and energy that Yaniras and her family dedicate to my Yorkie whenever they look after her. This is my second time entrusting my little one to them, and each time, they go above and beyond to ensure she feels right at home. Even when my fur baby had her moments and was nippy at times, they did everything possible to keep her comfortable and shower her with attention. As long as they are available, I will always choose them to care for Bella—she seems to enjoy their company even more than ours! Their level of care deserves more than five stars!
5 stars is NOT enough!! First-time ever boarding my Tito was stressful to start, and Yanira made it an absolutely wonderful experience! Tito was adopted in from a shelter, terrified in the kennel. I feared a boarding facility wouldn't be the best, and I'm so happy I gave Rover a shot! Yanira is a great communicator; responds quickly and answered all my (many!) questions. Smooth drop off and pick up; Tito made himself right at home! Yanira provided daily morning/evening updates with photos and videos, and was very attentive to his needs and fear of thunderstorms 😊🐾 Being a new dog mom to a bully mix, Yanira provided great suggestions for activities and training that he enjoys. It was great to see him bond with her dog and family, making it a fun, home-away-from-home experience. Tito actually looked sad to leave when I loaded him in the car at pickup-that's how you know your dog had the best time! If you are nervous about leaving your fur child behind, don't be! Yanira has the best hands for those four paws, and I look forward to more stays with her in the future! 🐾🙂🐾
My experience with Yani has been amazing. She is always great with my pups and they seem so happy when I get home on the days she comes to see them. Yani is on time and communicates quickly when I am scheduling visits and has also been so good with working with my weird work schedule. I also love how happy the pups look in their rover card pictures and I make all my coworkers look at them :). It’s truly a joy to work with Yani!
Yanira has done a great job at caring for my puppy, Opie! She is prompt, communicates well, and Opie always looks like she's having a blast in the photos. I would highly recommend Yanira, and I will definitely continue to use her as my pet sitter.
Yanira and her family exceeded all our expectations while caring for our fur baby Bella! This was our second time leaving Bella and she truly put my mind at ease while me and my family were away. Her family welcomed Bella into their home, ensuring she felt comfortable alongside their pets. They pampered Bella with plenty of walks, playtime, and affection, to the point I thought she might not want to come home with us! We received numerous pictures, videos, and updates throughout her stay. Bella love kids, and Yana's children showered Bella with love, even giving her a little photo shoot. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would do so without hesitation. Yana and her family will be my go-to choice to care for Bella if available and needed.
