Because I’m home most of the day, pets are rarely left alone and receive consistent supervision, affection, and companionship. I’m especially patient with shy, anxious, or senior pets and take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort needs. I focus on maintaining familiar feeding, potty, and sleep schedules so pets feel secure and settled while you’re away. My goal is to create a gentle, low-stress experience that feels like a second home rather than a kennel.

My dog seemed in good shape when I picked him up after 4 nights. He didn't eat much of his food but he tends to do that when he's away from home. All his items and leftover food were returned. The sitter was responsive and sent photos. Picks where just my dog on a leash on the pavement would have been nice to see him in the home relaxing as well. The lady in the profile pic was not the same person who watched me dog though and it was in an apartment not a home like it depicts in the profile photo.
Overall the experience was pleasant but my dog failed to return with all the items he came with, such as his original dog bowl, hair brush, and pet wipes. Also, he even had some weird substance in his fur… that was difficult to remove without having his brush
Yanhong seemed very sweet but I had asked upfront for pictures and updates and didn’t receive any until I reminded her each day to send some.

Nice girl and I’m sure she had good intentions, but don’t think I would use her again. Firstly, a different girl picked up my dog than the one in the photo (with no heads up) which was a bit unsettling. I also did not receive many updates or photos during the duration of the stay, despite asking her to provide them. She was communicative around, pick up and drop off, but I really would’ve liked to receive more updates and photos around how my dog was doing. When I asked for photos and updates, I didn’t hear back for 6-7 hours, then received very low quality photos. It made me concerned that she left him alone all day (though I’m not sure). The only true update I received was that my dog’s leash was chewed through because she left it on the floor. Frustrating, I had to buy a new one & new doggies bags bc they were not returned to me When I picked my dog up at 5 PM, it also appeared he had not yet been out all day. Though I’m not sure, I have concerns that my dog wasn’t well cared for. He also smelled a bit bad when I picked him up (consistent with some other reviews here) Though she was a very nice girl, I just didn’t feel super comfortable about the experience and wouldn’t use her again

I maintain each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, and rest times, to help them feel secure and comfortable. I carefully monitor behavior, appetite, and energy levels and communicate promptly with owners if anything seems unusual. Safety is always my priority. Pets are never left unattended outdoors, doors and gates are kept secure, and introductions to new spaces are gradual and supervised. I also follow all care instructions closely, including medications, dietary needs, and preferences. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I provide gentle handling, consistency, and a low-stress environment so pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for.
