To honor my parents’ care and ensure everyone’s safety: All services end at 6 PM sharp (no pickups/drop-offs after dark). Need later arrangements? We’ll happily adjust for a next-day visit! My family’s love protects me—so I can focus on protecting your pets with 100% energy! My pickup service relies solely on walking/ public transportation. I do not operate a private vehicle, so all travel is conducted via buses, trains, or other available transit options. If a pet requires transport and public transit is not feasible, clients may request a taxi service at their own expense. Full reimbursement for the taxi fare is required before or at the time of service. Overnight boarding follows a fixed schedule. Under a cycle of one day/ 24 hrs. For example: drop-off at 10:30 am, pick-up time should before 10:30 am. Beyond standard pick-up time there is a $30 extension fee added per pet. Last for 3 hours. Daycare service covers up to 9 hrs. There is $10 extension fee. Fee waived on the day of pickup if no extension is used. Flexible for delay under 20 minutes (negotiable). 9am–6pm. Early drop-off before 9am may be possible (Early drop-off around 8am is fine, but 6/7am is not ok unless you have a flight. ) Let me know if you need early drop-off. My parent taught me how to hold my first puppy at a young age, clean cat litter boxes, build bird cages, and more.
