When I care for pets in a client’s home, I follow the instructions provided closely — whether that’s specific feeding schedules, administering medications, or sticking to a particular walking route. I always keep the home tidy, respect the client’s space, and send regular updates and photos so they know their pets are happy and cared for.

Yana took wonderful care of my Dachshund, Dudley, and my home while I was away hosting a retreat in Greece. I felt completely comfortable knowing everything was in her care. Yana took care of my cat Neo, for two weeks while I was away, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. She is incredibly caring, responsible, and attentive. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in such loving hands. Yana was reliable, communicative, and treated Neo with so much affection and care. I came home to a happy, relaxed kitty and everything exactly as I left it. Yana was the absolute best! She clearly has a huge heart for all animals and did a wonderful job watching our two baby boys! Our dogs really connected with her and have used her multiple times. We recently went away for 10 days, which I now realize was the longest trip I have ever taken away from my boys. It was honestly the most relaxed I have ever been knowing they were in good hands. That says a lot because I have been known to be a bit of a "helicopter" parent ..... apparently. haha :) (We better still get priority Yana!)
Can’t think of a more affectionate and companionate person than Yana. She has a natural instinct when it comes to taking care and looking after our dogs. They love her and look forward to seeing her, completely forgetting that we are away:)
