Outside of the parks, I will never walk your dog off-leash, and even then will only do so if I have met and spent enough time with your dog for mutual trust to exist. (And of course, only if I have your permission!)

I’d like to know your dog’s energy levels and if they pull on the leash, please advise your personal methods of walking with them (ie. short tugs are/n’t effective, stop regularly to encourage patience, etc.) I can’t provide my own training services but can adopt whatever methods you use for your dog if you’re still in the process of training them to walk to heel. Also, please let me know if your dog is reactive and what I should avoid when spending time with them.

I’m honestly happy to just walk your dog through the city, but would also love to play ball with them in the park, again once I feel comfortable enough to let them off-leash. (My retriever has never had any interest in retrieving so I’ve spent 10 years deprived of ball throwing responsibilities and now derive much joy from playing fetch with other dogs ;))

Hi, I’m Yan Yi! I’ve got an 14 year old golden retriever at home in Singapore, and have been regularly walking dogs in London since I moved here for uni in 2022. I love walking around the city, but whenever I'm walking in a park, I always think to myself: this would be so much more fun with a dog. I'm fond of long walks, so if you've got an energetic pup that needs a lot of exercise to tire them out, I'm your girl!

Helped me out of a really tough situation- Yan is really friendly and was up for collecting my keys from hospital, going to my home and feeding my cat, and then dropping the keys back off to me in hospital. I had no idea how I was going to get my cat fed and Yan came through! Would def recommend
Yan Yi was efficient caring and responsive to Mochas needs. Would absolutely recommend her to other pet owners.
Yanyi is awesome with herc. He can be challenging but yanyi really tries to communicate well with him and he has the best time with her!
Yan was so sweet and reliable. She took such great care of Hazelnut! I was not worried about her at all, even if she can be a picky, sensitive dog. I would absolutely work with Yan again! :)
