Yan watched our senior dog Maya for 3 days. She was amazing and would highly recommend her! She went above and beyond giving Maya lots of love and snuggles. She left the house perfectly clean and also watered and cared for all my indoor plants and outdoor flowers. She aways kept us updated and sent lots of pictures .
Yan and her husband did an outstanding job caring for our home and our cat, Ernie, while we were away for 11 nights. They left the house absolutely spotless and took excellent care of everything. They looked after our houseplants, and watered our outdoor flowers and gardens. Most importantly, Ernie was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. He was excited to see us when we got home, but not stressed or anxious in the slightest, which says a lot about the quality of care he received. Yan sent us numerous photos and updates every day, which we greatly appreciated. She was always quick to respond whenever I sent a text, and communication throughout was excellent. I honestly wish I could give more than five stars. We would not hesitate to use Yan again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and conscientious house and pet sitter.
Yan is absolutely wonderful. She stayed at my home for over 20 days when I had to travel for health reasons and took excellent care of my senior cat (15 years old, with kidney disease). She gave him all of his medications (he takes many), washed his bowls daily, cleaned his litter box every day, played with him, and gave him lots of love. She also helped water my plants and, most importantly, kept me updated at all times and sent me lots of photos. It was truly a huge relief for me, and I’m very grateful. I would definitely hire her again in the future, my cat seems to love her!
This is my second time with Yan. I was out of the country. Yan sent many pictures, and it was a nice reassurance to know that my kitties were in good hands. Yan was fantastic with my kitties and home. She is professional and caring. I will happily rebook with Yan again. Thank you, Yan!
