Lifelong Dog Lover | WFH
I've been caring for dogs since I was 6 years old. One of my beloved dogs was part of my family for 20 wonderful years, giving me firsthand experience with every stage of a dog's life—from energetic puppyhood to senior care. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, and I always take the time to help them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Since I work from home most of the time, your dog will receive plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. I only host one family's pets at a time, so your dog will enjoy a calm, clean, and low-stress environment with personalized care. I'm happy to follow your pet's feeding schedule, walking routine, medication instructions, and any special requests. I'll also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your dog is in caring hands.

Good communication and very considerate

Yan did an amazing job caring for our dog, Peach! She was incredibly detailed in her care, and truly went above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and made sure to send pictures of Peach while we were away, which we appreciated greatly. I highly recommend Yan if you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable sitter!

We were completely stressed out when our usual pet hotel turned out to be fully booked for our last-minute trip, but Yan turned what could have been a total nightmare into the best experience we've ever had. Managing a dog with endless energy is a lot for anyone to take on—especially on short notice—but Yan jumped right in without skipping a beat. She intuitively understood both of their quirks. She gave our dog all the exercise he needed to wear him out The daily photos and quick updates completely lifted the anxiety off our shoulders while we were away. Honestly, losing our spot at the pet hotel was a blessing in disguise because we found our new go-to sitter!
5 Stars! Best sitter for our crazy combo! Finding someone who can handle an 88lb Bernese Mountain Dog (Bruno) AND an 11lb Miniature Dachshund (Daisy) at the same time is usually a nightmare, but Yan was amazing! What impressed us most was how attentive she was to their safety with such a big size gap. She made sure Daisy never felt overwhelmed or stepped on, while still giving Bruno all the space he needed. She took Bruno for his long walks and let Daisy just snuggle up on the couch. Their feeding routines and food are super different, but Yan kept everything strictly organized. The photo and video updates were constant and hilarious—Bruno happy outside and Daisy literally asleep on Yan’s lap lol. Both dogs came back super relaxed, well-exercised, and happy. We’ll 100% be booking with Yan again!
Our dog Cooper is a 4-year-old, 75-pound Lab with endless energy, so we always look for sitters who are genuinely comfortable with big dogs. Yan clearly has a lot of experience with larger dogs and handled Cooper with no problem at all. He especially loved all the outdoor time with her. Yan took him on long walks around Harrison and along the river, and every day we'd get photos of him out exploring and having the best time. By the evening, our normally unstoppable Lab was completely worn out and sleeping like a baby 😂 Cooper came home happy, relaxed, and very well exercised. We'd absolutely leave him with Yan again, especially knowing how comfortable she is with bigger, active dogs!
Yan is probably the most organized sitter we've ever used. Before Mochi's stay, she invited us over for a meet and greet so he could get comfortable with her and her home first. After we booked, she sent us a Google Doc to fill out with Mochi's feeding schedule, personality, medical information, allergies, walking habits, and other little details. Mochi has a sensitive stomach and gets VERY excited about squirrels on walks, so I appreciated how seriously she took everything we told her. During his stay, Yan followed his normal routine and kept us updated with photos and videos. I was honestly impressed that she remembered even the small things we had mentioned. It made the whole experience feel very organized and easy. We felt like Yan really knew Mochi before we even left him with her, and we'd definitely book with her again!
