I am based in South East London and provide calm, consistent and detail-oriented care, with a focus on keeping your pet comfortable in their usual routine. Having grown up with both cats and dogs, I understand that every pet has its own personality. Some enjoy attention and play, while others prefer quiet company - I always follow their pace and never force interaction. My focus is on stress-free, reliable visits so your pet can feel relaxed and secure while you are away. During each visit, I will: – follow feeding routines carefully and exactly as instructed – refresh water and maintain a clean, hygienic environment – monitor behaviour, appetite and overall wellbeing – provide calm, appropriate interaction based on your pet’s personality – send clear, timely updates with photos after each visit, either through Rover or via WhatsApp/iMessage, depending on your preference. I keep a limited number of bookings per day to ensure each visit is unhurried and consistent. Many of my clients are repeat bookings, which reflects the consistency and trust I aim to provide. I currently have good availability across the week, including daytime visits. I am also happy to collect post, water plants and take bins out during longer stays - just let me know what would help. I provide care in your pet’s own home, so they can stay in a familiar and comfortable environment. I carefully follow all instructions, including feeding routines, walks (for dogs), litter care (for cats), and any specific needs or medication. I prioritise safety, consistency and clear communication, with updates after each visit so you always know how your pet is doing.

Yan looked after our 2 girls while we were away and did a great job. She even watered our garden, which was much appreciated. We got confirmation messages and proof of life photos from her after each visit - no small task given how elusive the girls are. I would happily recommend Yan and will definitely book her again.

Cannot recommend Yan highly enough! She took amazing care of both our dog and our apartment whilst we were away. We also really appreciated the many photos of our dog that she sent us.

Schedule
I currently have good availability across the week, including mornings, daytime and evenings. I structure my schedule to allow enough time for each visit, so I am not rushing between bookings. This ensures every pet receives calm, consistent care and attention.
