Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. One of us is home full-time, so dogs receive plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. We’re able to provide regular walks, playtime, and companionship, while making sure they stay comfortable and relaxed in a home environment.

We provide a calm and comfortable home environment for dogs staying with us. Our townhouse is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and there is a small lake and walking path right outside our door where we take dogs for regular walks. We don’t have pets of our own, so visiting dogs can enjoy a relaxed space and receive plenty of attention and care. We always focus on keeping dogs safe and comfortable by following their usual routines, providing supervision, and making sure they feel at home during their stay.

A typical day
We start with walks around our neighborhood and nearby lake, letting dogs explore scents and sights. At home, we spend time with interactive play, cuddles, and quiet companionship. We also make sure each dog has opportunities for mental stimulation and exercise, whether it’s games, short training sessions, or supervised adventures outside. Our goal is to keep dogs happy, engaged, and feeling safe throughout their stay.

Pet care experience
We are a couple who love spending time with dogs and providing a safe, comfortable home while their parents are away. We’ve cared for dogs over the years, including longer stays with Corgi, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Teddy,Yorkshire and so on. During their stay, we focus on keeping dogs relaxed and happy with regular walks, playtime, and lots of care. We’re patient and attentive, and we’re comfortable with dogs that may be a little shy, energetic, or need time to adjust. We also believe communication with parents is very important, so we’re happy to provide updates and photos to make sure you feel reassured while your dog is staying with us.

Yan was absolutely wonderful with our dog! She is so kind and caring and communicated regularly with us. She sent so many nice pictures of Leo while we were away! Definitely recommend Yan!! 🥰
It was our first time using Rover and also our first time leaving Luna with someone else’s care. I was very anxious as she also gets anxious with strangers. Yan & Justin are amazing. They sent us updates/photos every day. I love how they are very accommodating to our specific requests in terms of caring Luna (ie. how to feed her etc). We’ll definitely book with them again in the future :)
If you are looking for a safe place for your pets, I cannot recommend them enough! My fur baby, Dodo, has always been easily stressed, prone to barking, and difficult for strangers to approach. I was so anxious about boarding him for over 10 days. To my amazement, Dodo settled in immediately and bonded beautifully with Yan and Gudong. They kept us constantly in the loop with morning, afternoon, and evening photo updates, and were always responsive whenever we wanted to check on him. Dodo was truly treated like family and cared for with so much love.
