We are a couple who love spending time with dogs and providing a safe, comfortable home while their parents are away. We’ve cared for dogs over the years, including longer stays with Corgi, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Teddy,Yorkshire and so on. During their stay, we focus on keeping dogs relaxed and happy with regular walks, playtime, and lots of care. We’re patient and attentive, and we’re comfortable with dogs that may be a little shy, energetic, or need time to adjust. I'm home most of time and will take dogs out 3-4 times a day. When the weather is nice, we would be happy to take them to the dog park too!🐾 We believe communication with parents is very important, so we’re happy to provide updates and photos to make sure you feel reassured while your dog is staying with us.

Shadow and Rowan has sooo much fun at their place! I got so many pictures of snuggles, walks, playtime and just living their best life. They managed to tire out my puppy with all the attention and play time (hes 1 and high energy so I was happily surprised) they were so nice!! Definitely rebooting!
Yan & Guondong took very good care of our dog, with lots of updates and pictures so we knew everything was going well!

Yan & Guodong are a fantastic dog-loving couple and lived up to their word of taking special care of my family dog. I left my Misi with them for 10 days and she was so happy in the daily pics and videos they sent of her and when I picked her up (very much unlike the time when I left her in a kennel for a week - she was so stressed from that experience). I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her with them again - they communicated well and promptly, walked Misi regularly, took her to dog parks and kept her well groomed. (I leave this review at risk that they’ll be all booked up the next time I need a dog sitter. 🤣 But I think every dog deserves to be cared for so lovingly by them. Thank you again, Yan and Guodong! I’m so glad I found you on Rover.
Yan and Guodong took such amazing care of Ginger and kept us updated on her everyday. We really loved the effort they put in taking care of Ginger. Highly recommend them to everyone. We will keep booking them :)
Yan was absolutely wonderful with our dog! She is so kind and caring and communicated regularly with us. She sent so many nice pictures of Leo while we were away! Definitely recommend Yan!! 🥰

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. One of us is home full-time, so dogs receive plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. We’re able to provide regular walks, playtime, and companionship, while making sure they stay comfortable and relaxed in a home environment.

Safety, trust & environment
We provide a calm and comfortable home environment for dogs staying with us. Our townhouse is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and there is a small lake and walking path right outside our door where we take dogs for regular walks. We don’t have pets of our own, so visiting dogs can enjoy a relaxed space and receive plenty of attention and care. We always focus on keeping dogs safe and comfortable by following their usual routines, providing supervision, and making sure they feel at home during their stay.
A typical day
We start with walks around our neighborhood and nearby lake, letting dogs explore scents and sights. At home, we spend time with interactive play, cuddles, and quiet companionship. We also make sure each dog has opportunities for mental stimulation and exercise, whether it’s games, short training sessions, or supervised adventures outside. Our goal is to keep dogs happy, engaged, and feeling safe throughout their stay.
