To begin with, I always offer an initial meet and greet at the parents discretion! I have experience with both dogs and cats! I currently have 3 cats in my household, whom I've had since kittens, and grew up around dogs most of my childhood. I helped friends and family with their pets throughout my life, prior to caring for paw parents outside this circle. Don't let my 2 years of experience fool you, it's only the overall time I've taken furry clients!

As a pet sitter and walker, I treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable at all times. I’m reliable and detail-oriented, so I carefully follow each pet parent’s instructions—from feeding schedules to medications and daily routines. I pay close attention to behavior and health, so I can quickly notice if anything seems off. I also make it a priority to keep pet parents updated with messages and photos, so they always feel reassured while they’re away. Most importantly, I bring patience, genuine care, and a loving presence to every visit, to ensure trust with both pets and their families.

Yamzel took great care of my cat while I was away👍She sent detailed daily updates and photos every day, which really helped me feel relaxed and worry-free during my trip. My cat is super shy and usually hides from new people, but Yamzel still managed to find him and send me cute pictures and updates. She also thoughtfully kept an eye on her food and supplies, which I really appreciated. I felt really reassured knowing my cat was in good hands. I’d definitely book with Yamzel again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter 😊

Yamzel was very accommodating of Perry. I booked for a walk but she left food and water adding a little extra time onto our booking, I’m very grateful! She actively communicated with photos and feedback, calming me of the Rover horror stories. Would strongly recommend her, and will be booking her again in the future!

Having Yamzel as a drop-in sitter for my cat, Udon, was a pleasure. She would come from San Jose on her way to school while I was away to clean Udon's litterbox, feed him, and play with him. The first time I worked with Yamzel was when I was away on a family vacation for a week and requested her help through Nextdoor. I was so pleased with the service provided by her that I have entrusted her as a caregiver for my kitty when I knew I would be away and not able to care for him.
Yamzel was so responsible, communicative, caring and professional when she provided a weekly walk and playtime for my 6 mo old puppy. I was always impressed with her work ethic. She sent videos and photos where I could tell both of them were having a good time! I trusted her 100% in our home and with Dolly. If she still lived close to me I’d be thrilled to hire her again.

Schedule
I have a flexible and dependable schedule to meet your pet’s needs! I’m available weekday mornings through the afternoon (until 3:30pm) on Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays, perfect for consistent walks/check-ins and care. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, I’m fully open from morning to evening, offering even more flexibility! While my weekends are a bit more limited, I’m still happy to provide midday check-ins for recurring clients to ensure your pets stay happy and cared for just reach out privately after our first booking🐾
