Since I work from home with a flexible schedule, your pet will never feel rushed or alone. I’m home throughout the day, which means I can easily fit in walks, cuddles, playtime, or just keeping them company. I’m also happy to provide care from your pet’s own home if that’s where they’re most comfortable, keeping their routines as normal and stress-free as possible. Whether they need extra attention or just a familiar presence nearby, I’m able to adjust and be there for them whenever they need it.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting them in theirs, my priority is always making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick closely to their usual routines (feeding, walks, playtime, medications, etc.) and take the time to learn what makes each pet feel at ease. In my home, pets have plenty of cozy spaces to relax, consistent supervision, and lots of love. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space and work to maintain the environment and routines your pet is used to, so they feel as stress-free and happy as possible.

A typical day
I love taking pets to the dog park (if they're used to going there) and playing fetch around the house when they're staying with me because we have a nice long living room for them to run around! Cuddling with the ones that tend to cuddle and spending quality time with them makes me as happy as it makes the pets.

Pet care experience
Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up around dogs and other pets taught me early on how to meet their needs with patience, structure, and lots of positive energy. I truly see pets as family, and I love getting to know each one’s quirks, favorite toys, and what makes them feel safe and happy. I have experience with everything from playful puppies learning basic commands to senior pets who need extra patience and gentle care. I’m comfortable administering oral medications, handling different leash behaviors, and maintaining consistent feeding and exercise routines. What sets me apart is my ability to quickly adapt to each pet’s unique personality and needs, making sure they always feel safe, loved, and completely at home.

Yamini was amazing! She gave my pup lots of love, walks, and attention all throughout the day. She sent me pictures and kept me updated on what they were up to. It was a great experience for my first time using rover and an even better experience for my anxious pup! I will absolutely be booking with Yamini again!
