Our regular Rover sitter was unavailable, and this was a last-minute booking. I missed in the bio where it said there was a "dedicated building" for the animals. If you look at the 117 photos, all the animals are free roaming in a home, not in a "dedicated building", so it's confusing. Also, there is a photo of a house, and it is not the house at this address. I received a text asking what time we would arrive, and when we got there, there was a young man outside. It was not the woman listed as the service provider. There were two cars in the driveway, both of which had Uber stickers in the windshield. I was starting to get a weird vibe as there was a separate building with a black tarp covering the garage door, but there was a door. Lots of barking coming from inside that building. I asked to see where my dog would be staying as usually she's going into someone's home. Another young person approached and he told her to secure the dogs so we could go in. We walked into what looked like something out of Mission Impossible. Five computer screens were facing the door, so I couldn't see what was on. He told me to turn around, and there was a monitor mounted up high by the door of a live feed beyond the room we were in. I could see some dogs. There was a dog in a pen in this room, and another pen had been set up for our dog. I had brought her bed, but he said they had plenty, although there was not one when we arrived. This person never introduced himself but did say they were "licensed" and most Rover service providers were not and I said licensed for what? If I had wanted to take her to doggie day care, I could have taken her to a reputable place that I'm familiar with. When we said something about all the cameras, he said someone is usually there, "but sometimes they're not". We picked her up the next day and ANOTHER young man was there. Again, we were asked to give an ETA, and this young man was outside with her, waiting for us. This is obviously a business, and this Rover profile is very misleading. There should be pictures of the "dedicated building", inside and out. I had to ask for an update, "how is she" and photos. Neither of these two young men remotely seemed like animal lovers or even happy to engage with our dog as a new customer. I gave one star just to get someone's attention if they are considering using this provider. The profile is deceitful; we never met this person, Yamileth.

Yamileth was great with Ruby! She sent pictures of her and gave updates about her. We appreciate it and look forward to booking again in the future!

We’ve been to Yamileth twice. The first time she was great, she sent pictures and updates! This recent time we were unhappy. We were getting NO updates or pictures during her stay. We also got told that we couldn’t pick up at our scheduled time then she wasn’t responding, We had to call and text multiple times to get a response. When we finally got our dog, she was lethargic and not herself. She started throwing up and having bad diarrhea which has never happened to my dog before. We tried to ask if anything had happened while with her or if she got into something, and all she said was she was out for 2 hours. After my dog went to the vet we were told she had heat exhaustion.
