Hi! My name is Yamilca, and I’m a lifelong fur baby lover with years of experience caring for pets. I’ve been a Rover customer for almost 6 years, so I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members. Fur babies have always been a huge part of my life. Over the years, I’ve cared for hamsters, bunnies, birds, cats, and dogs. I’ve always had a natural connection with them, and I genuinely enjoy making every fur baby feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m also a proud pet mom to a 14-year-old Shih Tzu mix who has been with me since he was 8 weeks old. He came to us from Puerto Rico and is truly part of our family. Because of his age and a seizure he experienced earlier this year, he has lost most of his vision and hearing. Caring for him has taught me a great deal about patience, senior pets, special needs, medication routines, mobility limitations, and the importance of paying close attention to changes in a pet’s behavior. I know that every fur baby is different. Some are energetic and playful, while others are shy, anxious, elderly, or simply need extra patience and reassurance. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and individual needs so they can feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. As someone who regularly uses Rover myself when I travel or need someone to care for my own fur baby, I understand the peace of mind that comes from receiving updates and knowing your pet is in good hands. My goal is to provide that same peace of mind to you. Yamilca is great with pets, she is loving and caring. She definitely keeps them safe and is always very attentive. I truly trust her with all my pets because I know that they will be in good hands. I recommend her 100%.
She a loving caring person especially with dogs. She has a lovely dog well taken care of by herself and trained by her she super great with him and always take amazing good care of him and there so much love for and joy around him and very playful and he enjoy every moment with her. If you really need a really great dog sitter you should call there no better person on the market than her.

Schedule
I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of extra time and flexibility to spend with my sweet old boy. I would love for him to have some furry friends to keep him company and bring a little extra joy and companionship into our home. 🐾❤️ I’m home often and genuinely enjoy having fur babies around, so caring for your pet would be something I would truly enjoy—not just a job. My goal is to make every guest feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home while you’re away.

I lived in an apartment, I always walked my dog with his leash it keeps him safe, And I have a small fence balcony with simulated green grass and lots of plants so your babies can spent time outside getting fresh air and aun if they like to.

A typical day
I live in an apartment, so safety is always a top priority for me. I always walk my own dog on a leash and would treat your fur baby with the same level of care and attention. I also have a small, securely fenced balcony with simulated green grass and plenty of plants, giving your fur babies a nice little outdoor space where they can enjoy some fresh air and sunshine if they’d like. Of course, they would always be supervised while spending time outside. And the sliding door is always open while they’re out se enjoying the nice weather!!🌿🐾☀️ I want every fur baby who stays with me to feel comfortable, safe, and right at home.
