As a freelancer and owner of a handmade art shop, my schedule is flexible, allowing me to care for pets throughout the day. I can easily adjust my routine to ensure that pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and care, making sure they feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away.

My home is pet-free, so your pet will have a calm and clean environment to stay in. We maintain a tidy and safe space, making it an ideal place for your pet to feel comfortable. Our neighborhood has a large grassy area where many dogs enjoy playing, giving your pet plenty of space for walks and outdoor fun. Plus, our pet-friendly apartment ensures that your pet will be welcome and well cared for during their stay.

It’s important to know your pet’s daily routine, energy level, and any special needs they may have. Please let me know if your dog has any allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements. It would also be helpful to understand how they interact with other dogs and if they have any triggers, like loud noises or certain environments, so I can provide the best care possible.
A typical day
If your dog stays with me for the day, we'll take several 10-30 minute walks to explore the neighborhood. There's a large grassy field nearby, perfect for playing fetch and other fun games. I also pay close attention to your dog's hygiene. After every outdoor adventure, I’ll make sure to clean their paws before coming back inside to keep them comfortable and the space tidy.

**First of all, I only take care of one pet at a time, because I want to provide all of my attention to the pet. Secondly, I recently adopted a puppy, so I will take care of your pet while training my dog. My dog is a Cavapoo, he is very enthusiastic and can get along well with all dogs and cats, so you can bring your dog to my home without any worries. I believe they will become good friends!** Hi, I am Yage, I just graduated from UC Berkeley in May and moved back to San Diego. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree at MICA, and luckily, it’s a 100% online program. So I spend most of my time at home, and my schedule is very flexible, giving me plenty of time to take care of your furry friends. In addition, I am also an artist running a handmade online shop. I am not doing Rover sitting for income; I joined simply because I genuinely love taking care of dogs and cats！ I’ve been passionate about dogs since I got my first golden retriever, Coco, when I was 20. I raised her from just 2 months old and trained her to do fun tricks like shaking paws and even distinguishing between her left and right paw! Coco's most impressive skill was playing dead whenever I mimicked a “bang bang” motion with my hand — she’d drop to the floor and stay still. She was healthy and happy for 14 wonderful years before passing away this March due to old age. I’ve always loved dogs and cat, while I’m not ready for a new one just yet, I often care for my friends' dogs, including corgis, Pomeranians, and labradors. I treat every dog I look after as if they were my own, ensuring they get plenty of attention, playtime, and love.
