A tipical Day.We can have relax sleep. Starting breakfast,and then we go to make exercise Then return Home and may be a nap could be good. Later we Made again some exercise. Then stay toguether on bed and SEE some tv. And at the end of the Day some more exercise. Some food and water. And massages for relaxing sleep
