I forgot to hit “confirm visit” when booking a last minute drop-in. Xue completed the visit anyway, despite the app being not updated. She always takes good care of our babies!

Xue goes above and beyond. I had a more complex pickup/drop off situation - and she handled it perfectly. She knows my dog’s temperaments down to the detail. The only thing I have to pack is their food and leashes. The beds, bowls, baby gate, toys and snacks - Xue has it all. She also sends really good photos back. Trust and quality is 10/10.

Takes care of our dogs like they are her own. Incredibly detail-oriented. Noticed my dog was anxious in the crate at night, but still needed containment from the rest of the house. She bought a pen for him! Xue goes above and beyond for the security and comfort of the pet.

Always a fantastic job. Walks, refills the water, checks with me to see if they need to be fed - takes the cutest photos of the drop-in. Treats my babies like her own.
