Incredibly attentive and super accommodating. Xue was very communicative each walk and made me feel so secure and comforted that my fur baby was in the best hands while I was at work. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing! Flash had a great stay with Xue and her pup. Xue was super communicative and willing to go over and beyond to make sure Flash was ok. She sent photos and kept me well informed. I would feel comfortable with her taking care of my boy anytime.

After booking, I proposed to have a meet and greet for us to see if it was a right fit. It was a pleasant meet and greet, although it needed to be rescheduled from Xue due to scheduling conflicts. The drop-off was pleasant, and we were able to have a nice discussion about the care for my dog. Xue was able to keep her word in delivering pictures while I traveled out of the country. I was able to view pictures of my dog bonding with a few dogs that were staying with Xue. As the stay progressed, I got the impression that Xue was not around often, especially during a time of adjustment for pets left under someone’s care. Because of this, my dog engaged in chewing behaviors when she was left alone. To note, this was not previously reported by her other dog sitter. My dad had to drop off additional food for my dog but there was urgency to drop it off at a specific timeframe since Xue made plans to meet with friends. After the second incident, we disclosed putting my dog in an enclosed space or a crate to avoid future incidents. Xue explained that she did not have a crate and it was not possible. After the third chewing incident while Xue was out of the house, Xue ultimately decided that she no longer wanted to take care of my dog. Upon my return, Xue wanted to make sure that I picked my dog up at 5 PM when I booked for 7 PM on Rover. After I explained the timeframe that I booked and that my flight had the potential for a delay due to severe weather conditions, she asked if I could have someone else pick up my dog because she made plans to go out to the gym. Fortunately, she was able to wait until I returned to the country. I arrived at her place at 7:30 PM for pick-up and Xue and her boyfriend were outside. Noteworthy was their demeanor. It was a very different experience from the drop-off. They did not bother saying anything, which included hello and goodbye. They only uttered that my dog was not taken out for a walk even though it was 7:30 PM. Understandably, they were frustrated with chewing behaviors; however, these are not atypical behaviors from dogs especially when they are separated from their owners.

Xue has watched my dog 3 times now and each time has been amazing. I can travel with the knowledge that my dog is in a safe place with someone that truly cares for all animals. She is very responsible and communicates frequently. Even with complications with track delays, Xue was flexible in watching my dog for an extra night! Would highly recommend her if you are going away!

Xue was very attentive and kind with Chloe. I felt comfortable leaving her with Xue despite Chloe having a minor injury. Xue was responsive and amenable to changes in schedule; I would recommend her.

Xue is very professional and she clearly is a dog lover. Xue took good care of our Mocha. Communication was great. All questions were promptly answered during her stay. Thanks for letting Mocha hang with you!
