I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities. I pay close attention to their routines, behaviour, appetite and energy levels, and always keep owners updated with photos and messages during their stay. I grew up around dogs including a Rough Collie, Samoyed, Giant Poodle and Pomeranian, and later volunteered with stray animal rescue groups in China, helping with vet visits, daily care and adoption support. These experiences taught me to be patient with nervous animals and attentive to small changes in their behaviour and wellbeing. I take pet care seriously and want every dog staying with us to feel safe, comfortable and at home.

She EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION we had, and we recommend her with the highest possible enthusiasm. Being the very first time we had left our 10-month-old Border Collie mix, Harry, for an extended period, we were especially anxious after recently experiencing a severe stress-induced illness including vomiting, food refusal and dehydration — after a brief trial separation with another trained caregiver. From the moment Harry arrived, Xue provided EXCEPTIONAL CARE, patience, and attention to every detail of his well-being. She established a calm, predictable routine that helped Harry feel secure and comfortable. She carefully monitored his eating and water intake to make sure he stayed hydrated and was eating appropriately. On the rare occasion he seemed uncomfortable or showed any signs of needing extra attention, she responded immediately and even ADMINISTIRED his prescribed MEDICATION exactly as instructed. Thanks to her outstanding care, Harry did not exhibit any signs of stress. We were also amazed by how much Harry learned during his stay. In an incredibly short time, Xue TAUGHT HIM TO SHAKE & GIVE HIGH-FIVE! 🙌 It was obvious that she spent quality time engaging with him, not just watching him. One of the things we appreciated most was the constant communication. Xue sent frequent updates, photos, and videos that reassured us every step of the way. Those updates turned out to be the perfect medicine for our separation anxiety! It was wonderful to see Harry happy, relaxed, playing, learning, and clearly enjoying himself. By the end of his stay, it was obvious that Harry had developed a genuine bond with both Xue and Tanxiao. Seeing how excited and comfortable he was with them gave us complete peace of mind and confirmed that we had found TRULY EXCEPTIONAL CAREGIVERs. We are BEYOND GRaTEFUL for the love, professionalism, compassion, and dedication she showed Harry. We will absolutely ask Xue to care for Harry again whenever we need a sitter, and we ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND her without the slightest hesitation to anyone looking for extraordinary people to care for their dog. If you are looking for a pet sitter who will treat your cats as their own, please choose Xue H! Leaving my cat behind is always a bit stressful, but Xue made the entire process incredibly smooth and completely worry-free. From the very beginning, communication with her was effortless. She is a kind-hearted and approachable person. During the booking, Xue was very reliable. I never had to guess how things were going because she consistently sent thorough updates with photos.She also took the extra time to engage and play with my cat, ensuring they felt loved and socialized. She kept a close eye on my cat's overall health status, proactively keeping us informed. Having a sitter who is that attentive would definitely give you a level of comfort that is hard to find. She is a fantastic helper, and I would not hesitate to book her again. Highly, highly recommended!

Schedule
I recently completed my Master’s degree, so I currently have a flexible schedule and spend a lot of time at home. This means your pet will usually have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. I will be responsible for pet care bookings, including feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and communication with owners.

For me, safety and trust come first. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication notes, and any house rules. I pay close attention to each pet’s behaviour, energy level, appetite, and comfort. I will also send updates and photos so owners know their pets are safe, cared for, and comfortable.
A typical day
A typical day with your dog would include feeding, fresh water, walks, toilet breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I enjoy keeping dogs both physically and mentally engaged through gentle games, exploring nearby walking areas, and giving them time to sniff and relax. I will always follow your dog’s usual routine and adjust the day based on their energy level, age, and personality.
