I provide calm, one-dog-at-a-time home boarding in Zone 6 London in a safe and structured family environment with a secure garden. Your dog will receive full individual attention, a quiet routine, and a stable home-from-home experience with consistent supervision throughout their stay. I only accept one guest dog at a time, which ensures a peaceful environment with no group boarding or multiple dog households. I live with a calm and friendly 10-year-old pug who is very experienced in sharing a peaceful home environment with visiting dogs. She is stable, well-behaved, and helps guest dogs settle naturally into the home environment without stress or overstimulation. This creates a balanced and predictable household, which many dogs find more reassuring than staying in a completely unfamiliar or busy boarding setting. With 10 years of personal dog ownership experience and 3 years as a professional Rover sitter, I understand both everyday care and individual behavioural needs. Most of my bookings come from repeat clients, reflecting long-term trust, consistency, and reliability. This is a private, one-dog-at-a-time home boarding service, not a multi-dog or budget shared boarding setup. It is ideal for dogs who prefer a calm, structured environment with personalised care rather than busy group boarding. I take pride in providing a safe, calm, and trusted environment where dogs can feel at home while their owners are away.

Wouldn’t leave my dog with anyone else ! My dog loves to stay with Xuan , it is like home from home! Xuan treats my dog like her own, and is great at communicating photos and videos. I have complete peace of mind leaving my dog with Xuan which is so nice to have :)
Xuan is an excellent dog sitter and someone we have repeatedly booked. She takes great care of our dog, with lots of walks (but mindful of the weather conditions) and other excursions. She keeps in contact regularly and sends beautiful photos of their adventures!
Xuan is fantastic. She takes great care of my Shih Tzu Momo. She listens to how he needs to be cared for and sends plenty of updates. Really appreciate Xuan and how happy she makes Momo. He runs to her house even on days he’s not supposed to go there.

Xuan is simply the best ! She looked after my little dog for 2 days and a night and put my mind at ease straight away. Xuan is polite, caring and quick to respond if you were to message her. As we approached Xuan’s house, Guybrush ran excitedly to the front door, delighted to be coming back. That speaks for itself! Xuan is always gives regular updates and fantastic photos of the doggies on their adventures. Guybrush can be particular about who he likes, so it’s a relief to have a reliable dog sitter who he adores!

Schedule
I work from home and am present throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, regular garden access, feeding, and plenty of attention and affection. Dogs enjoy a balanced daily routine with walks and runs, adapted to their individual energy levels and needs. I have an active, outdoor-focused lifestyle, and there are many lovely parks nearby in addition to a secure private garden, ensuring plenty of safe outdoor time and enrichment every day.

Your dog will be welcomed into a calm, safe and loving family home where they are treated as part of the family. We have a fully secure fenced garden for supervised outdoor time, and dogs are free to relax comfortably indoors throughout the day. As I work from home, pets are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, companionship and care. I take the time to understand each dog’s individual routine, personality and needs to ensure they feel relaxed, secure and happy during their stay.

A typical day includes plenty of companionship, garden time, enrichment activities and tailored walks suited to your dog’s energy level and preferences. We enjoy visits to local parks and green spaces, opportunities for play and mental stimulation, as well as quiet time for rest and relaxation. Throughout the day, your dog will receive regular attention, affection and supervision, ensuring they feel comfortable, engaged and well cared for from morning until bedtime.
