Information Xinyu C. would like to know about your pet

Before hosting your dog, I’d love to know more to ensure a safe, comfortable, and happy stay. Could you please let me know the following: Are you the dog’s primary owner? Is this your dog’s first time being boarded outside the home? Is your dog spayed/neutered? Would you describe your dog’s temperament as stable and predictable? Has your dog had sufficient socialization with other people and animals? Is your dog shy, or friendly with strangers? Is your dog prone to destructive behavior (e.g., chewing furniture)? Is your dog fully house-trained? Does your dog experience stress or anxiety in new environments? Has your dog ever shown aggressive behavior or bitten anyone? Does your dog bark excessively? Does your dog have separation anxiety? What is your dog’s daily diet (type of food, quantity, schedule)? Any habits, routines, or behavioral quirks I should know about? Any medical history or current health conditions? Are all vaccinations up to date (rabies, DHPP, bordetella, etc.)?

A typical day

A typical day with me starts with a morning potty break followed by a 30–60 minute walk. Sometimes we’ll visit an off-leash park so the dogs can run freely and burn off energy. After that, we come home for breakfast and some rest. Around midday, we go out again for a short potty break or a 20-minute walk—especially if the weather is warm. I like to let the dogs sniff around and explore at their own pace. Afterward, we cool down at home with some snacks or a bit of yogurt as a treat. In the afternoon, we may go out again for some light activity or indoor play depending on energy levels. Dinner is usually around 8 PM, followed by some quiet time. Before bedtime, we go out for a final short walk to wind down the day and then head to sleep. Throughout the day, I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, stimulation, and love!

Pet care experience

I'm a pet parent to two cats and two dogs. I've cared for my cats since they were tiny kittens in 2013, and now I’m supporting them through their senior years with love and attention. My dog joined our family at 2 months old, now they are 7 and 4, so I’m well-versed in puppy care and training.

Xinyu was an amazing cat sitter! Communication was smooth, and she kept us updated with messages and photos during each visit. Our cat was well cared for and happy when we got home, which says everything. We’d definitely book again and highly recommend her!

Ava (Xinyu) has been absolutely amazing and I am so glad to have left my fur pal with her!! Before dropping my puppy Kibo off, she proposed a quick meet and greet to ensure her own pets and my dog can get along which shows mindfulness in making sure there won't be potential issues. Throughout my 2 week trip out of the country, Ava has provided TOP NOTCH care to my puppy, ensuring Kibo is given plenty of care and attention as well as exercise. From all the daily photos and videos Ava has sent me, I can tell Kibo was having the most amazing time around her and her two dogs! Without a doubt, I would call on Ava to look after Kibo again when the occasion comes up because I know my dog will be in the best hands and playing with her wonderful dogs. Why does the star rating stop at 5? 10 stars for Ava :D
