I am a proud foster cat mom and active volunteer at my local animal shelter. I've cared for cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. Spending time with cats is one of my favorite things, and I am committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. As a Fear Free Certified volunteer, I’m trained in animal behavior, body language, and stress-reduction techniques.

Mia took excellent care of my fur baby! She made sure she had space to acclimate to the different environment and sent plenty of updates!
My boyfriend and I booked Mia and Dan to watch our cat during a 10 day trip and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The communication is top notch, with daily reports on behavior along with many many pictures! It put us at ease while we were away knowing our cat was in such great hands. We will be recommending to her to others in the area and hope to rebook in the future. Thank you Mia and Dan!
This is the longest I’ve left my cats and it was the perfect choice to leave them with Xinyi. I got daily reports with a few photos and it’s very obvious the cats enjoyed their stay. Both my cats have some level of medication/care needed and from Day 1, Xinyi made sure that is taken care of. I could not recommend her more to anxious cat moms like me! A lifesaver <3

Mia and Dan were great sitters for our cat Nala! Mia provided a very nice report every day about Nala’s food, water, litter use and super cute pictures!! It gave us so much peace of mind that she was being taken care of. I highly recommend them!
Mia was truly such a godsend for our cat Zephyr!! He had never boarded before so we were quite nervous how he’d react. And even though he was hissy/growly the first 48 hours, with Mia’s kindness and patience, he quickly got into his typically routine of mischief and being a sweetie pie. Mia was extremely communicative and responsive. I received daily updates on his food intake, litter use, and how he was that day along with pictures. I also had a number of hiccups on timing for pick up and drop off on my end and she was endlessly patient and kind throughout it all. Could not recommend Mia enough!!

I live in a luxury, pet-friendly building with a spacious, clean apartment. Cats have plenty of room to explore, play, and lounge. For shy, nervous, or newly arrived cats, I offer a dedicated spare room with cozy hiding spots where they can feel safe, decompress, and settle in at their own pace. For drop-in visits, I follow your instructions closely and treat your home with care and respect. Beyond the basics, I do my best to keep your cats happy and comfortable while you're away - whether that means playtime, cuddles, or simply sitting quietly together.
A typical day
A typical day includes feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime with toys, and medication administration if needed. I'll follow your cat's routine and pay close attention to their behavior to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. I'll also send regular photo updates so you can see how they're doing while you are away.
