A Second Home for Your Pet!
We’re a young couple who absolutely loves cats and dogs, and we both have years of experience caring for pets. I work from home, so your pet will always have someone around to keep them company. Whether they want cuddles, playtime, or just someone nearby while they nap — I’m here all day. I’ve cared for pets of all ages — from tiny kittens and puppies to senior dogs. I grew up with a Husky, and we now have a kitten at home. For dogs, we provide all the basic care with lots of love — daily walks, potty breaks, indoor playtime with toys, and plenty of attention. We’re also happy to adjust to your dog’s personal habits and routines. If they enjoy extra activities, we can take them to the dog park, explore new trails, or simply enjoy a slow, relaxing neighborhood walk. We’re big outdoor and hiking lovers too! With your permission, we’d love to bring your dog along for some small adventures so they can enjoy the fresh air, nature, and lots of sniffing opportunities. For cats, we make sure they always have fresh food, clean water, and a spotless litter box. Your kitty will get plenty of attention — from gentle petting to interactive play with their favorite toys. If your cat enjoys extra play sessions, hiding games, or feather toys, we’re more than happy to keep them entertained. Our friendly 6-month-old kitten also loves making new feline friends, so your kitty can enjoy some social time if they’re comfortable — or have peaceful, private time if they prefer quiet. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel relaxed, safe, and truly at home. ❤️

Xinting & Xinyuan F. cancelled a booking after the stay began.
I already advised sitter of my dog‘s minor ear problem after grooming, but they said I didn’t mentioned. And they cannot handle this job properly and blaming that my dog has separation anxiety. This sitter knows nothing about how to take care and calm the dogs when dogs are separate with the owner. This sitter messaged me late night and early morning at 4 am to cancel my service which is not professional and responsible actions. I have to find another sitter urgently to take over my dog the next day, and another sitter took good care of my dog and has no issue at all.

Xinting & Xinyuan did an amazing job taking care of our two cats. We loved seeing pictures of them while we were away. We highly recommend using them to watch your pets

The best sitters anyone could ask for! They're super accommodating and my dogs love them. My dogs love them ❤️

Edward was a great companion walking Feifei and aiding me with Boaz during the coldest weekend of the year. He was accommodating for a flexible schedule and walked the extra mile when the dogs wandered off to scavenge in a nearby park. Highly recommended!

this is our second time to book the boarding in Molly family. Molly mom sent us cute pic and video every day and also cook salmon and chicken food for chow chow. Chow chow love them so much! I can tell from her lovely smell. Molly is a nice kitty. They have became a best fur friend.

Schedule
I work from home, so I’m available all day to keep your pet company. Whether they need playtime, cuddles, or just someone around while they nap, I’m here all the time. Walks and outdoor activities are always flexible — I adjust everything based on your pet’s usual routine and what they’re most comfortable with. Early walks, multiple short potty breaks, or longer outings… whatever your pet needs, I’m happy to match their schedule. Your pet will always have someone nearby, with plenty of time, attention, and care every single day.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
We live in a cozy 1+1 condo, and we always make sure new pets feel safe from the moment they arrive. When your pet first comes in, we give them their own independent space using a pet fence so they can take their time to adjust, relax, and get familiar with the new environment. Once they feel comfortable and confident, we slowly give them full access to our home, where they can enjoy free roam all day long. We’re also very clean and tidy — we clean twice a day to keep the space fresh. In the morning, we vacuum the whole area, and in the evening, we wipe down the floors so your pet can enjoy a clean, cozy, and hygienic environment. Our building has a small park right downstairs, perfect for quick potty breaks, sniffing around, and letting small dogs run and play. The community is very pet-friendly with lots of dog owners around, so if your dog enjoys making new friends (and you’re okay with it), we’re happy to introduce them to other friendly pups. Safety, comfort, and a peaceful environment are always our priorities. We want every pet to feel welcomed, relaxed, and right at home.
Pets
A typical day
For dogs, we start with a nice walk to get some fresh air. During the day, we play with toys, practice a little fetch, or head to the dog park so they can socialize and meet new friends. On weekends, if your dog enjoys adventure, we love taking them on relaxing trails for extra sniffing and exploring. At home, there’s plenty of cozy time — whether that’s playing with toys or just chilling together on the couch. For cats, we keep things playful and gentle. We use feather toys, wand toys, and interactive play sessions to let them burn energy and have fun. If they prefer quiet companionship, we’re happy to sit with them and give them calm, comforting company. Whether your pet is active or more laid-back, we adjust the day to match their personality and make sure they feel safe, engaged, and loved.

- Please let me know as many details as possible about your pet’s personality, habits, and preferences. Every pet is unique, and the more I know, the better I can make them feel comfortable and happy. Here are some things that really help: Your pet’s daily routine: feeding times, potty schedule, nap patterns, energy level Likes & dislikes: favorite toys, fun activities, things that make them nervous or stressed Personality: shy or outgoing, social or independent, good with other pets, noise sensitivity Any allergies or dietary restrictions Current medications or health conditions (very important — please be sure to tell me!) Separation anxiety or special comfort needs Training cues your pet already knows For dogs: walking habits, leash behavior, recall, dog-park preferences For cats: preferred hiding spots, scratching habits, grooming tolerance The more I know, the easier it is to match your pet’s normal lifestyle and make their stay stress-free and enjoyable. I want them to feel safe, loved, and completely understood while they’re with us.
