Kat was a lovely and trustworthy cat-sitter. Leo can be a bit of a scaredy-cat, but he warmed up to her fast. She went above and beyond, even going so far as to bring special treats and teach Leo a trick! <3 I felt totally at ease with her checking on my cat and monitoring the house while away for a whole month. Kept her appointments and sent me updates every visit.

Xinmiao was amazing, she accomodated our last minute booking. Her communication was excellent and timely. Ovie our dog had a great experience for the 3 nights he spent with her. Our family will definitely be rebooking in the future.

I’ve booked with Xinmiao a few times now and have really liked her service and regular updates. She’s a nice person and I know she means well, and she even refunded my last stay. There were just a couple of things I wish I had known beforehand. For one of the stays, I arrived ~30 minutes early and she wasn’t home (which I wasn’t aware of) and since my puppy is still very young, he needs constant supervision. Another time, I was told she’d have another dog staying on August 11th and 12th, so I booked for August 10th, but I wasn’t told there would also be another dog on the 10th. Since my puppy isn’t fully vaccinated yet, he can’t be around other dogs. I was okay with her personal dog, Fyfy, since I was told she’s fully vaccinated, but she was unsure about the other dog’s vaccination status. I’ve had good experiences with Xinmiao over all, I just wish there had been a bit more communication about these things.

Schedule
Pet care is my full-time job! I dedicate most of my time to dog walking and home drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. Sometimes morning and night slots can be busy, if you are requesting a solo walk, please let me know.
