I live for happy tails!
I’ve had dogs my entire life both large and small. Ive always pet sat for my friends and extended family when they have gone out of town, I love to make sure pets feel happy and loved. I have experience walking multiple dogs of different sizes at the same time. While walking my senior friends I try to pay attention to their signals to make sure they don’t over exert but still get a nice long walk in!

I have a lovely roof top patio where I like to bring my small girl to sun bathe while I read. I’m also close by to some scenic walking areas I’d love to explore when peta come to mine. When I go to them I like to make sure I’m respectful of their boundaries, it is their territory and I wanna make sure they feel happy and comfortable! so we start slow and work our way up based off their signals, I’m happy to provide play time, scratches and cuddles at anytime they are ready!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful meet and greet with Xinia. She was calm, polite, and very attentive. She had clearly taken the time to read Mr. Grey’s profile beforehand, which I truly appreciated — it showed thoughtfulness and preparation. She listened carefully to all directions and asked great clarifying questions. I especially valued how reassuring she was regarding the Rover app and confirming our repeat weekly walks while I’m at work. As a pet parent transitioning back to a full-time leadership role, that reassurance meant a lot. She was prompt (actually early!), professional, and has a grounded presence that felt like a great fit for Mr. Grey. I feel confident moving forward with her and look forward to a consistent routine for him. Highly recommend!
Xinia has been great with my dog! She shows up on time is very kind to my Frenchie Harriet and even gets her stubborn doggie butt to go on a walk with her. Harriet is usually difficult to walk for strangers as she just stops and acts stubborn. The last time Xinia walked her Harriet was excited to see her for a walk! This is has been wonderful for me since I can't walk her for a while as I just had foot surgery.

I work as needed for some theatre’s around the cities. On days I’m not needed, my schedule is typically free and open for me to make your pet my priority!
