HI! THIS IS COCO! 🙏🏻 I truly value open communication. If there’s anything you’re not fully satisfied with during or after a visit, please let me know anytime. I will always do my best to make things right. MY GOAL: 💛My goal is simple: keep your pet safe, comfortable, and happy—and keep you worry-free. I treat every pet as an individual and adapt to their personality, whether they’re playful, shy, or need extra patience. SITUATION (boarding): ✨ We currently have one cat at home, and we live in a 3-bedroom townhouse—perfect for a safe and fully separated boarding setup. Each pet will have a private room and will not meet or interact with others by default, ensuring a safe and stress-free environment. Each space will include all the essentials, with ongoing upgrades to scratching posts, cat trees, and enrichment items. *If pets are friendly and approved by their owners, I’m happy to allow supervised interaction and playtime together ( I’m just here to tidy up—the house really belongs to them 🐾) EXPERIENCE: I’ve completed 50+ dog walks and 40+ cat drop-in visits, along with multiple boarding experiences through Rover. In addition to Rover, some of my most meaningful hands-on experiences include: Fostering two cats for a full year, managing their daily care and adjustment. Raising a young kitten (under 2 months old) to one year old, including feeding, litter training, vet visits, and teething care. Providing extended in-home boarding (4+ month stays), which gave me strong experience with long-term routines, behavior monitoring, and building trust with pets. These experiences have helped me become very attentive to pet behavior, stress signals, and individual needs.

Coco did a wonderful job with Pippa! She sent us lots of pictures and updates, brought in our packages, and even cleaned Pippa’s food dishes, which was such a nice surprise. We came home to a happy cat and couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We’d definitely recommend her and will be using her again!
Xiaoyu is amazing! She carefully followed the care instructions and took excellent care of our cat, Katy. We would definitely work with her again if we have the chance. We highly recommend her!
We needed someone to stop by and feed our cats while we were out of town for a couple of days, and Coco was great. Very responsive. Book with confidence.
She was so sweet and worked with me in my emergency situation I even booked for a longer stay!

I am currently working remotely at home, so my time is very flexible. I am free all working day ~ Don't worry about changing the schedule with me at any time.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. For boarding, each pet will have a private space and will be separated from other pets by default to ensure a calm, stress-free environment. I always follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, litter box care, walks, medication, playtime, and daily routines. In my home, I keep the space clean, quiet, and pet-friendly. I carefully monitor each pet’s behavior, comfort level, and stress signals, especially during the adjustment period. If pets are friendly and approved by their owners, I’m happy to allow supervised interaction. For drop-ins and walks, I respect your home and your pet’s usual routine. I make sure doors, windows, gates, and leashes are secure, and I always provide updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and well cared for.

I’ll take them for nice walks or play fun games like fetch with them, and give them lots of cuddles🐶🐶🐱🐱I always tailor the activities to each pet’s personality and energy level!

- I always ask about each pet’s routine and preferences first—this is super important to me! I like to know their walking habits, fears, comfort level, and favorite activities so I can keep their care as familiar and stress-free as possible 🐾 For 30-minute walks, if pet parents request things like refilling water, feeding, giving treats, or placing their pet back in the crate, I usually walk for about 27–28 minutes and use the remaining 2–3 minutes for those care tasks. Any additional requests will always be discussed and confirmed beforehand.
