I’ve had the privilege of raising two dogs of my own, which taught me the true meaning of companionship, responsibility, and the healing connection we share with animals. Building on this, I have over 2 years of professional pet care experience, and my absolute favorite guests to care for are young puppies and low-energy pets! What sets me apart is that I specialize exclusively in high-quality, in-home puppy and senior care, without outdoor neighborhood walks. I am uniquely geared toward young puppies who are not yet fully vaccinated or too small to go out, but urgently need daytime companionship, feeding, and frequent potty training support. During my visits, I focus 100% on keeping them safe inside, letting them out for quick potty breaks in your fenced yard (or onto pee pads), and engaging them with mental stimulation games. My experience also includes the special skill of smoothly administering oral medications directly by mouth for cooperative pets.

I’m happy to stick to your pet’s usual routine so they feel secure and at ease while you’re away.

I feel very lucky to have Xiaoying taking care of Baobao! Baobao has always been a very shy little kitten to strangers, but Xiaoying got on well with her quickly during the first couple visits. Xiaoying took care of Baobao nicely, spent time playing with her and gave her a lot of care and love during the visit. Very reliable, I’m sure Baobao and I would love to meet Xiaoying again.
Xiaoying took great care of my cat. She was communicative, and took lots of pictures. She played very well with the cat too!
So professional, so gentle, so communicative. Xiaoying was kind enough to stop by before a meet and greet before she looked after Velvet for a view days. I was really grateful for the opportunity to show her everything and Velvet liked her immediately. This experience was so easy and made me feel so safe. She sent so many pictures and kept Velvet so entertained while we were away. Absolutely will hire her again.
Xiaoying was amazing at taking care of my two cats! She is very responsive, followed through on my instructions, and asked for clarity whenever there was any confusion. We had a situation where our apartment keys stopped working and Xiaoying was incredibly understanding and flexible and worked with our super to resolve it. Everyday on vacation, I received a lot of photos and a lovely summary of how my cats were doing which put my mind at ease. My cats honestly looked like they were spoiled and had more fun with her than with us 🤣 I will be rebooking and highly recommend her !
Xiaoying was fantastic and sent over 100 photos every visit. I appreciate all the taking care she has done for my cats. They had food and water.
Did a great job as always. Will definitely rebook again.

- Please let me know your pet's feeding schedule, any dietary restrictions, and their exact medication instructions if applicable. It’s also helpful to know their favorite hiding spots (especially for shy cats!), where clean-up supplies are located, and how they typically react to visitors entering the home.
