Hello! I’m a software engineer and a dedicated cat lover with some free time after work and on weekends. I’ve been caring for my own cat for the past 1.5 years and absolutely adore him. Looking after him has taught me how important it is to provide cats with patience, attention, and a comfortable routine. I’d be happy to care for your cat while you’re away and would love the opportunity to meet cats with different personalities. I can also help with small tasks such as cleaning up scattered litter on the floor, watering the plants and garden, and collecting your mail from the mailbox. I respect your home and privacy. I’ll keep your home clean and tidy during my visits, and aside from caring for your cat and any agreed-upon tasks, I will leave everything untouched. I offer one visit per day in the afternoon or evening. Unfortunately, boarding is not possible, as my cat is not comfortable around other cats. Safety, trust & environment
If I meet a confident cat who greets me at door, I’d gently pet it and let it get used to my scent then give it some favorite snacks if provided. Then I’ll start the cleaning routine, play with the cat if it’s in the mood. Finally feed it and refill the water bowl with fresh water. If the cat is shy and avoids me, I’ll give it space, quietly finish the routines and leave.

Xiaoying and I have been friends for years and she often comes to my flat to pet my cat, who is a bit reserved in the beginning but now purrs on her laps every time she visits. She also takes care of my cat when I’m away for vacations. She is very careful and responsible, my cat is content and happy when I’m back from vacation.

Schedule
Workdays 1 visit per day only. Weekends 2 visits per day possible. Visit time between 12:00 and 21:00. Can also help with other small tasks during the visit but may require booking extended time depending on the tasks.
