Deep gratitude for Xiaoyi's gentle care of my feral rescue cat. I had stopped travelling with Boots' inability to cope in my absense. This time around my lil buddy kept eating each day and even ventured out of the closet periodically. I credit Xiaoyi's good care for these triumphs - am rebooking his services for 2 weeks overseas in August. Should also mention Xiaoyi's incredible communication (organized, clear, prompt), alongside his above & beyond approach which helped immensely with setting up seamless travels for this last minute, disorganized gal..
Xiaoyi is a very responsible, caring, and loving person who truly enjoys being around animals. He has a cat at home, and every time I see his cat, the cat always looks healthy, happy, and well cared for. Xiaoyi is also very detail-oriented and attentive. He regularly cleans his cat’s food bowls and litter box, which shows how responsible and thoughtful he is as a pet caregiver. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their pets.
