Before the boarding, she spent over an hour asking me about my dog's eating habits, daily routine, favorite toys, whether he was shy around strangers, any allergies—she even asked which spot on the floor he liked to nap on. I thought to myself, this isn't just pet sitting—she treats every dog like her own. During the boarding, she sent me photos and videos every day. Sometimes my dog was lounging in the yard, sometimes playing with toys indoors, sometimes just napping at her feet. Seeing those pictures, I knew he was happy and comfortable. Once my trip was delayed, and she didn't hesitate to keep him an extra day, telling me, "Don't worry, just drive safely." Her love for dogs is genuine. Her home is set up with dogs in mind—safe play areas, cozy beds, plenty of toys. She once told me her living room sofa had long been "taken over" by her canine guests. They're welcome to jump up, snuggle, and nap wherever they please. That kind of warmth really touched me. One time, my dog had a bit of an upset stomach, and I was really worried. Cheng quickly figured it was likely just stress from the new environment. She adjusted his diet, reassured me, and said, "Don't worry, I've got this." Sure enough, he was back to normal the next day. From that moment on, I knew I could trust her completely. 35 years of experience—that's not something you learn from books. It comes from years of being with dogs, day in and day out. Cheng truly understands dogs, loves them, and knows exactly how to make them feel safe and happy. If you're looking for someone to care for your dog, I honestly recommend Cheng.
