I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and spending time with pets has always been something I genuinely enjoy. Over the past few years, I’ve cared for friends’ cats and dogs whenever they needed an extra hand. Sometimes it was for a few hours during the day, and other times their pets stayed overnight at my home. I understand that every pet has their own personality, and I always take the time to help them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. My experience includes: • Feeding and refreshing water • Walking dogs and providing exercise • Playtime and companionship • Brushing and basic grooming • Overnight pet sitting • Following owners’ routines and instructions carefully I’m a patient, responsible, and detail-oriented person who treats every pet like they’re my own. Whether your furry friend loves to play, cuddle, or simply relax, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, care, and affection while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll always do my best to give you peace of mind through dependable care and regular updates.

At this time, I’m not offering boarding in my own home, but I provide reliable drop-in visits and dog walking in your home, where your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. My services include refreshing water, feeding, administering oral medication (following your instructions), taking dogs outside for potty breaks or walks, and cleaning their paws and body afterward if needed. I treat every home with respect. I always wear disposable shoe covers when entering a client’s home to help keep your space clean. Communication is very important to me. Before each visit ends, I’ll send you multiple photos of your pet from different angles, along with updates on how they’re doing. During the visit, I’ll also take photos to document that feeding, walks, medication, or other requested tasks have been completed, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities.

I can't recommend Sammy enough! She has been my go-to pet sitter whenever I travel, and there is no one I trust more to care for my 4-year-old dog, Marco, a Bichon Frise and Poodle mix. Sammy truly treats Marco like her own. One thing I especially appreciate is how attentive she is to his individual needs. Marco has a habit of rubbing his ears with his paws, which can easily lead to irritation or ear infections. Sammy makes a point of cleaning both his paws and ears regularly to help prevent any problems. She also knows that Marco occasionally has stomach issues, and whenever he needs medication, she patiently makes sure he gets it on time and keeps a close eye on how he's feeling. She doesn't just meet his basic needs—she makes sure he's happy. Marco gets at least two walks or outdoor play sessions every day, always has fresh water, and she is diligent about cleaning up after him. What really stands out is how in tune she is with his emotions and personality. She notices when he's feeling anxious, excited, tired, or just wants a little extra attention, and she always responds with so much patience and care. The biggest proof of how wonderful Sammy is? Every time Marco sees her, his whole body lights up with excitement. As a dog mom, there's nothing more reassuring than knowing your dog genuinely loves the person caring for them. I can always enjoy my trips without worrying because I know Marco is not just being looked after—he's being loved. If you're looking for someone who is kind, responsible, attentive, and truly passionate about animals, I wholeheartedly recommend Sammy. Any pet would be incredibly lucky to have her.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I currently work Monday through Wednesday, but I’m available most of Thursday through Sunday and can also accommodate many visits outside of my work hours during the week. I’m happy to work with pet parents to find a schedule that fits their pets’ routines. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit, feeding time, medication, or a walk, I’ll do my best to provide dependable and consistent care.
