I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. My family had dogs from the time I was born, so I truly grew up alongside them. I've also been a cat parent for the past six years, which has given me plenty of firsthand experience with the very different personalities and needs of both cats and dogs. Over the years, friends have often trusted me to care for their pets while they're away. As a pet parent myself, I know how hard it can be to leave your pet and your home in someone else's hands. Having someone reliable, attentive, and trustworthy makes all the difference. That's exactly the kind of care I hope to provide. I know that trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big deal. I will carefully follow your instructions and your pet's usual routine, keep dogs securely leashed during walks, and pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. During drop-in visits, I'll also treat your home with care and respect and make sure everything is secure before I leave.

Xiaorui took care of my two cats while I was away and I honestly couldn't have felt better about it. She's just a total animal person — she has her own cat and even takes her out for walks, plus she always helps looking after friends' pets too, so she genuinely knows what she's doing. She was so patient and careful with feeding, and kept a close eye on how the cats were doing the whole time. She's also super detail-oriented, so I never had to worry about anything being missed. Came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and zero stress. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Xiaorui! We work together, and she's honestly one of the sweetest and most responsible people I know. Everyone at the office loves her. She is also the ultimate cat mom. She takes such amazing care of her own cat and plays with it constantly—we always joke that we're jealous of her cat's life! She brings that same level of care, patience, and dedication to everything she does. I would 100% trust her to watch my own pets. Any pet would be incredibly lucky to have her as a sitter on Rover.
Xiaorui is one of the most responsible and caring people I know when it comes to pets, she genuinely loves them! Whenever I'm out of town, she's my go-to person for looking after my two cats, and she takes such good care of them that I'm pretty sure they love her more than me at this point lol. She has a cat too, and she's such a wonderful owner. Her cat is always happy, healthy, and clearly very loved. If Xiaorui becomes a Rover sitter, she'll be the sweetest, most reliable sitter anyone could ask for.
Xiaorui took care of my three cats while I was away and was incredibly responsible and attentive. All three have different food and feeding routines, and she made sure everything was taken care of exactly as needed. She also spent plenty of time playing with them and sent me tons of adorable photos, which I absolutely loved. My cats were happy, I was happy, and I’d definitely trust Xiaorui to care for them again!

Schedule
My schedule is currently quite flexible, which allows me to accommodate walks and drop-in visits at different times throughout the day. I do make plans and have activities of my own from time to time, but with a little advance notice, I can usually work around your pet's routine and find a time that works well.
