Available ALL holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year etc). I have a flexible schedule so check with me whenever you need someone. I may be able to coordinate for last minute request. I usually stop by to introduce myself & meet the cat before the owner leave for their trip. But if you are booking last minute and don't have time for a meet & greet, no worries. Just send me your instruction and I will follow it. Feel free to reach out any time.

I would like to know the below info if possible: 1. what do you feed your cat 2. where are the food & water bowl(s) 3. where is the litter box 4. what's your cat's favorite toy 5. where does your cat like to stay/ hide 6. any supplements or medication? 7. anything I should be aware of? (hiding from strangers, aggressive, peeing outside of the litter box, door rusher, sofa chewer, etc) The more detail you want to share, the better! I would love to hear how you take care of your cat and I will try my best to duplicate. I always believe keeping cats at their daily routine is the best way to keep them comfortable.
A typical day
I like to keep cats at their daily routine, so let me know how you take care of your cat, and I will try my best to duplicate. If your cat loves to hide and has its privacy, I will give him the time. If your cat enjoy playing and interacting, I can rolling balls and dancing with his favorite teaser for 2 hours. I believe all cats have their own personality. I like to approach them in the way they feel most comfortable.

Xiaomin did a fantastic job caring for our two cats while we were away. She was responsive, send photos, and took care of all required tasks. Our cats seemed super happy when we returned home. 10/10!
I truly cannot recommend Xiaomin more! I had a nightmare emergency where I couldn't make it home that night, and it was already getting dark. I had an EXTREMELY last minute request and she replied within like 30 minutes and took the gig. Everyone else was denying me because it was so last minute and it's' definitely understandable, but Xiaomin went above and beyond and kept my babies safe and fed!!! Not only that, but she went out of her way to help out with sooo much more than just feeding them which was my only request that time bc I was so desperate. But I saw that she had cleaned litter, swept up the litter all over the floor, brought packages in, etc. That is literally the definition of going above and beyond!!! I was so worried and I knew my friends could've helped but Xiaomin was literally the first to reply out of EVERYONE and pulled through ASAP. She seriously saved my cats that night and I couldn't be more grateful for. I will 10000% book again without a single doubt in my mind. Thank you Xiaomin, you are a lifesaver!
Great experience. The cats were happy to see me but also looked great. One of them has a tendency to pull fur if he’s stressed or misses us, but his coat was still luscious and fully intact when we got home. They were well looked after
Xiaomin takes such good care of my little fur baby! I'm always so confident she's in great hands. Xiaomin always leaves great notes about the visit too.
