For senior cats, I pay particular attention to appetite, water intake, litter box habits, activity levels, and overall comfort, and I will promptly communicate any concerns to the owner. During each visit, I provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their cat is safe, comfortable, and receiving attentive care while they are away. My goal is for your cat to experience as little disruption as possible and for you to return home to a happy, well-cared-for companion.

With flexible university hours and hybrid working pattern, I can offer daytime visits, evening visits, and extended stays depending on your needs. Thank you for looking after our cat Misa last minute. Xiaomian came over to meet Misa and collect the keys and understand our needs before we left for our trip which was great. She left detailed updates with photos which was so reassuring for us. It was clear she dedicated time to understanding what toys and snacks Misa prefers. We also had a pet camera up (which we alerted her about) but this was no issue for her as she understood it’s to keep an eye on our baby!:) Overall Misa had a great time and now she meows at me every morning - I think she is wondering ‘where is Xiaomian with my snacks?!’
I am incredibly happy with the sitting service that Xiaomian provided. She was communicative throughout the whole process of booking the session, and inquisitive about my cat to figure out how best to look after him. Entirely trustworthy and my cat loved her!
Xiaomain was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to look after my two cats, Peanut and Zeus, while I was away for the weekend. She arrived exactly when she said she would for every visit and took exceptional care of both cats. She made sure they were well fed, checked that they were drinking water, and even stayed long enough to make sure they were using their litter trays. She cleaned the litter every visit and disposed of the waste in the outside bins, which gave me complete peace of mind that everything was being looked after properly. After each of her four visits, Xiaomain sent me a lovely update along with plenty of photos, which really reassured me that Peanut and Zeus were happy, healthy, and receiving lots of care and attention. It was so comforting to be able to see how they were doing while I was away. Xiaomain is reliable, caring, thorough, and clearly loves animals. I felt completely confident leaving my cats in her care, and I wouldn't hesitate to book her again or recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.
