Information Xiaolei C. would like to know about your pet
My services are best suited to cats and small dogs. I’m not able to care for medium or large dogs, or pets with aggressive behaviour towards people. For first-time dog bookings, I prefer a meet & greet with the owner present. For cats, please share any nervousness, hiding, scratching, biting, or stranger-related concerns before booking.
A typical day
A typical day is relaxed and pet-led. For dogs, we enjoy sniffing walks, toilet breaks, and calm play. For cats, I focus on feeding, litter care, gentle play, and companionship.

Experienced 1-to-1 Pet Care
Pet care experience
I’ve cared for cats for many years and have hands-on experience caring for my own dog from puppyhood. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and always use gentle care and positive reinforcement to help pets feel safe and comfortable. For 30-minute dog walks, I usually stay close to your home and give your dog time to sniff, explore, and take toilet breaks at a relaxed pace. For 60-minute walks, if the location, weather, and your dog’s condition are suitable, we may go to a nearby park or quieter walking area. Please let me know in advance about any nervousness, social preferences, triggers, or things your dog should avoid. Dogs will be kept on lead unless agreed otherwise. For 30-minute drop-in visits, I can help with feeding, water refill, litter cleaning, short toilet breaks, playtime, wellbeing checks, and photo updates. For 60-minute visits, I can also provide light care such as paw wiping, body wipe-downs, face cleaning, brushing, and extra companionship. If dog walking is needed outside the visit, please book the Dog Walking service separately. Basic grooming is available as an add-on, including bathing, nail trimming, basic ear cleaning, paw hair trimming, and simple tidy-ups for small long-haired dogs. This is only available if the pet is comfortable with strangers, calm to handle, and already used to grooming. I do not offer full professional grooming, styling, heavy de-matting, or full-body haircuts. I can bring my own grooming scissors and will disinfect them after each use. Please provide your pet’s usual shampoo, towels, brush, nail clippers, ear cleaner, and any products they normally use.
