Iris was very responsive to my messages and followed my instructions well when she was watching Nilla for the 1 night I booked. She sent me photos when I asked for updates and appreciated the timely responses.
Very attentive and kind, she sent me photos of my dogs and they looked very happy and comfortable, excellent communication, I highly recommend her
