It was our first experience with cat sitting through Rover. Xiangyi was brilliant! She met with us ahead of the booking to run through details and provided regular updates whilst we were away. It was reassuring to know our little floor cloud was being well looked after whilst we were away. I'd definitely recommend her, thanks Xiangyi.
We had a great experience! She took wonderful care of Sundae and kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, which gave us real peace of mind. Sundae looked happy and relaxed when we got home. We’d definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter.
