Having cared for dogs for the past 20 years, I am familiar with patterns of behavior. I am attentive to every pet's needs. I am especially attuned to those of adult-senior dogs. I have cared for my family's senior dogs with diabetes, cushings, and arthritis. I adopted and loved two senior dogs, one deaf and the other with extreme separation anxiety. Last year, I adopted a young cat and earlier this month a senior cat. I am understanding and patient, knowing that I am caring for animals with individual personalities that come with unique needs.

I am a full-time graduate student. I am cognizant that pets like to run on schedules themselves, so I try to accommodate them as needed.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
When my dogs were alive, I crated one with anxiety and let the other roam the house freely. When entering or exiting a home with pets who are not crated, I am especially cautious when opening or closing doors, fences, or gates. I will always double check that the pet did not sneak by me.
Pets
A typical day
I prioritize your pet's comfort and safety. We will make sure to take it at your pet's pace and read all the things they are or are not allowed to do. Ideally, we'd go on a walk so they can take in the neighborhood scents and play to their heart's content.
