Xavier took such incredible care of Gema and Arya, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, he was so communicative and attentive, which immediately gave me peace of mind. He kept me updated with thoughtful messages and photos, and it was clear how comfortable and happy the girls were with him. He was also very accommodating for pick up with our flight cancellations and delays. Gema and Arya can be very particular, and he handled them with so much patience and care, really taking the time to understand their personalities and needs. I’m very particular about who I trust with them, and Xavier exceeded my expectations.
