I'm home full time. Pet care isn't something I fit into my schedule, it is my schedule. Your dog has my attention throughout the entire day.

My home is set up specifically for dog care with three distinct spaces, a dedicated dog room, an outdoor kennel run with shade, and a large fenced yard for exercise and play. Dogs are never mixed unsupervised. I manage introductions carefully and separate when needed based on temperament, not just size. The pool area is accessible but all dogs outside my own are directly supervised near it at all times. I take that seriously. I accept dogs of any size. Breed is never a disqualifier, temperament is the only thing that matters to me. I do not accept puppies under one year or dogs with a history of unprovoked aggression toward people.

Before your dog arrives please share their temperament, energy level, feeding schedule, and anything I should know about their behavior, reactivity, anxiety, resource guarding, medical needs, anything. The more I know upfront the better I can prepare. Clear communication before the stay makes everything easier for your dog. I will always be honest with you about how they're doing.
Ein typischer Tag
My day already revolves around five dogs so yours joins an existing routine rather than creating a new one. Mornings start with potty breaks and feeding based on your dog's schedule. Mid morning is yard time and activity. Afternoons include rest periods and calm time. Evening is another yard rotation, feeding, and wind down. Dogs are fed individually to prevent resource guarding. Fresh water is always available. I monitor behavior throughout the day and step in early before issues develop, not after. Your dog sleeps in a kennel or the dog room depending on their comfort level. Both are clean, climate controlled, and set up for rest.

Erfahrung in der Haustierbetreuung
I've never not had a dog. I grew up in a home where dogs were bred and raised, and I've owned dogs my entire life. Right now I have five of my own two German Shepherds, a Mini Poodle, a Yorkie, and a Lab all social, all part of a daily routine that already runs like clockwork. Beyond personal experience, I've spent 6 years doing ABA therapy working directly with extreme behavioral cases. I own a behavioral health company. That background means I don't just love dogs I understand behavior, I recognize triggers before they escalate, and I know how to manage a structured environment where multiple animals with different temperaments coexist safely. That's not something most sitters can say. I'm home all day, every day. This isn't a side job I fit around a schedule. My goal is to make this my full time work, which means your dog gets the same attention mine do all day, not just morning and evening.

It was our first time leaving our two dogs with Xavier & I’m SO glad we did!! I had some concerns about my one dog and he reassured me he would let him go at his pace and make sure he’s relaxed and comfortable. He truly went above and beyond easing my nerves. Every update he sent was so reassuring and they looked like they were having the best time in every photo. You can tell Xavier truly cares about dogs and that he took such good care of our babies. We’d highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again! They came home POOPED! Always a great sign!!! Thanks so much again Xavier!

Xavier was so great with our dog! We got multiple updates and loads of photos throughout each day and she was so happy to be there! You can tell he spoils them and showers them with attention. She’s never looked so happy somewhere that’s not home and that eased a lot of anxiety around leaving her with someone. We came to pick her up and she did her happy dance the entire time Xavier was saying goodbye to her

Xavier did great with my 15 year old lab/collie mix! I was travelling out of the country for 10 days and everytime I got service I had new photos to view. He kept me well informed and I knew my dog was enjoying himself and the nice big yard Xavier has to offer.

Super attentive and communicative!
