Pet care experience

Your dog’s new favorite human

I have 20+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, from bouncy puppies to sweet seniors who like things done just so. I’ve worked in home settings, salons, and veterinary environments, so I’m comfortable with everything from daily walks and playtime to medications, special diets, and senior support. I’m especially good with anxious, shy, or high-energy dogs, and I believe great care means reading body language, respecting routines, and delivering plenty of love (and belly rubs). Your dog will be safe, happy, and probably a little spoiled while you’re away.

I would highly recommend Miss Wynter for pet sitting. I have used her services on multiple occasions from ,travelling to simply having to work long hours. She has taken great care of my two dogs Mikah my three-year-old Pitbull hound mix and Donkey my 9 year old Dachshund. They both can be handful so deeply appreciate the care she gave them.

Schedule

My schedule is flexible and reliable, which means I’m able to give pets the time and attention they deserve. I plan my days around care routines—not rushing visits—so dogs get proper walks, playtime, and calm companionship, and cats get patience, consistency, and respect for their space. I communicate clearly about availability, stick to agreed-upon times, and make sure you always know when I’ve arrived and how your pet is doing.

Safety, trust & environment

I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, whether they’re in my home or their own. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping things familiar and low-stress. This includes meals on schedule, walks or playtime as usual, medications if needed, and plenty of attention at their comfort level. I’m very mindful of body language and energy, especially for anxious or senior pets, and I always move at their pace. Cleanliness, safety, and communication are a priority, so you’ll receive regular updates and photos while you’re away. My goal is for your pet to feel secure, cared for, and relaxed, not disrupted.

A typical day

Fun looks a little different for every pet! For dogs, that means walks tailored to their energy level, sniff heavy adventures, backyard or indoor playtime, games like fetch or tug, puzzle toys, and plenty of cuddle breaks. For cats, fun includes interactive play with wand toys or lasers, treat hunts, window watching, gentle brushing, and quiet companionship (or respectful distance, if that’s their vibe). I always follow your pet’s personality and preferences, whether they’re high-energy, shy, or senior. I make sure activities are enriching, safe, and stress-free.

It’s important for me to know your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, potty habits, and any medical needs ahead of time. I also like to learn about their personality (what they love, what stresses them out, and how they show comfort or discomfort). Details like leash manners, triggers, favorite toys or treats, hiding spots (for cats), and how they do with new people are super helpful. The more I know about your pet’s normal behavior and preferences, the easier it is for me to keep them happy, safe, and relaxed while you’re away.
