Work from home dog sitter
I’ve had dogs my whole life, especially dachshunds, and I truly love caring for them at every stage from playful puppies to sweet seniors. I raised my own dachshund from a puppy and cared for her through her senior years with a heart murmur, which gave me lots of experience with gentle, attentive care. I work from home, so your pup will get plenty of attention, pets, and playtime throughout the day. I’m a very hands-on, loving sitter, and depending on my schedule with my kids, I’m also happy to accommodate adult-only care when needed.

Wynona is one of the most caring and responsible dog owners I know. She’s been a devoted dog mom for nearly her entire life and has experience caring for dogs at every stage, from energetic puppies, to injured pups needing special care, to sweet senior dogs. She’s attentive to their needs, patient, and genuinely loves spending time with them. I would trust her completely to provide a loving environment for any dog.
Wynona has been a lifesaver when it comes to taking care of our cat when we are gone on trips. Which is no easy feat considering our cat, who does not like anyone other than us and avoids other people like the plague. Our cat can get very stressed and unhappy while we are away, and even more so when someone she doesn't know enter the house to check on her. However, Wynona does an amazing job at putting her at ease and making sure she's doing alright. Anyone can just make sure they have food and water, it takes someone who cares to make sure the pet feels safe and comfortable while their people are gone. My wife and I highly recommend Wynona for help with furry friends.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home. I’m able to give pets consistent attention throughout the day, including walks, playtime, feedings, and plenty of cuddles. My schedule is flexible, so pets are never left alone for long periods. I also have my kids with me part of the time, and when they’re with me, pet care is still a priority. If a pet prefers adult-only care, I’m happy to accommodate that depending on my schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide calm, attentive care tailored to each pet’s routine, whether in my home or a client’s home. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and no pets of my own. If a crate is provided, I’m happy to use it, and I also have a baby gate/play pen for added safety or separation if needed. I follow feeding, walking, and medication instructions closely and always send photo and text updates so owners feel connected and reassured.
A typical day
We’ll go for walks around the neighborhood. Play games at my home. They’ll also take naps, get lots of belly rubs and plenty of snuggles!
