Pet care experience
A walk a day keeps the vet away!
My pet care experience began as a college student during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I took care of my sister’s two medium-sized rescue dogs for a full year. I took them on daily walks, prepared their meals, gave baths, and gave constant love and company. The dogs are now 12 and 11 years old, and still anytime I visit them they are attached at the hip (to each other and to me)! I also boarded a friend’s 4 month-old pitbull puppy for the month of April 2021. I trained his bathroom routine and sleep schedule, and I gave extra attention on all fronts. From August 2021 to May 2022, I walked several dogs through Rover alongside attending grad school in Atlanta, GA. Since then, throughout the past 3 years, I have done multiple overnight sits for my other sister’s dog, an energetic and reactive 70-lb golden doodle. These sits have ranged from days to months and began when the dog was only 1 year old (he is now almost 5). Taking care of him has entailed not only frequent walks and playtime, but also hair grooming and adapting to the special needs of a reactive dog. My love for pets and animals also extends to cats, and though I do not have experience taking full-time care of cats, I adapt quickly and would be happy to learn your cat’s specific care needs!

Wrishija was amazing! Took really good care of my 3 cats. A last minute request and she was happy to take it. She left the apartment cleaned and gave me an end of day update before she left. My cats warmed up to her fairly quickly compared to my previous cat sitters, which was positively shocking! :) I would book her again!
Wrishija is absolutely wonderful! First of all, when she came to meet my pup, I have never never seen him get so excited to meet someone!!! He was giving her kisses and wanting to play right away. He loves her! She is super kind and dedicated! She was available at a whim for me and I am so grateful for her!! I trust her and I know Dipper is in good hands!!
Wrishija is the perfect dog sitter/walker! She loves animals, especially dogs, and is one of the kindest people I know. She is loving to both my dogs, even the crazy one who snaps at her during his nightmares (he's a very weird dog). My dogs love her her too! Wrishija follows all guidelines when caring for dogs. She's wonderful!
Wrishija is an extremely kind person that is good with both people and animals. She helped me to foster a dog a year ago and we were able to potty train and raise him from being a puppy. There's no one better to take care of your animals.
Wrishija watched my 5 month old puppy overnight for nearly a month and she was so patient and firm with him. She helped mold him into a great dog! Super great with dogs!

Schedule
I have a full-time remote job with flexible hours, so for both dog-sitting and walking I can be available at most any time of day and give them company for up to several hours at length. I am also available all day on weekends.
