I am a full time student with a busy schedule. I can stay the night or come by mornings and evenings for pet care, but unfortunately I can’t do midday checks.

In a client's home, I will come over, and depending on what service I am providing, I will take dogs on walks suitable to their energy and needs. If they need a nice long hike or if they just want a walk around the block I can do either. If I am spending time over I will feed, water, medicate (if needed), and do anything else the client has asked for or the pet needs. Then, I'll spend time hanging out with the pets and giving them company. For cats, I will feed, water, medicate (if needed), play, and interact with them if they want me to but I can also just sit and hang out until they feel up to interacting or just want some quiet company.

A typical day
With dogs I love taking them to really big parks and open spaces where they can run to their hearts desire. I also love taking dogs on big hikes into the mountains so they can explore and smell everything. At home I like to play tug of war, enriching find it games, and cuddling. With cats I love playing with all sorts of toys with them and anything enriching they enjoy.

I have been a pet sitter since I was 11 years old. My mom is a vet so I grew up caring for animals. I have experience as a veterinary technician assistant and can provide support for special needs animals that take medication, need daily injections, or extra attention to detail. I love animals and look forward to getting to know your furry friends!
