Ratings and reviews
I’m extremely disappointed with the care Juno received while staying with this sitter. After returning home, I found dog poop still throughout the backyard, after I told her it needs to be picked up on Thursdays for the landscaping, which led me to check my Ring footage. The footage showed that Wren left at 6:58 AM and did not return until 8:46 PM, for 14 hours! When I asked her about this the following day, I was told she was only leaving for 4–6 hours at a time, which was not consistent with what I saw on the footage. I also reviewed footage from two previous stays and found similar patterns, with the sitter leaving shortly after I left for the airport and being gone for 12+ hours. I am extremely concerned about leaving a dog alone for that length of time without a bathroom break, especially when I was given different information when I asked directly. I have reported the situation to Rover and would not feel comfortable booking this sitter again.
Wren did great with my pup while I was away!
Wren was an amazing sitter for Juno! She took the time to understand Juno’s needs and followed all of my instructions perfectly. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Juno was able to stay comfortable at home and was receiving great care. Wren also kept me updated with photos throughout my trip, which I really appreciated! She left my apartment clean and organized, everything was in great condition. I would absolutely recommend Wren to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter, and I look forward to booking with her again!
Wren was great with Gander. We had an appliance malfunction while she was staying and she was patient with us/our maintenance. Wren is good at communicating and I feel confident Gander is left in good hands.
Wren was wonderful. I came back from a vacation to a tidy home and happy pup. They are very responsive with good attention to detail. They also sent photos throughout their stay to give me little updates on Gander.
Wren saved our day! She replied back on short notice. And Oreo loved her. Thanks!
