About Wren D.

Safety, trust & environment

I typically stay at people's houses or drop-in (depending on your need). In my 6 years of experience, I have house-sat/pet-sat/walked for over 17 different families, some, more than once and/or on a regular basis.

Information Wren D. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special needs such as medications, injections, needs me to meet them before, or has any diet restrictions.

A typical day

I enjoy waking up early and reading or sitting outside. Shortly after, I will go walking and end up in one of the great parks we have in the city. The quiet neighborhoods are my favorite, though. The nights in where we play are also just as fun to me! I enjoy going on long hikes/walks, so, depending on the comfortability of the parents, I would love to take them on an adventure!

Pet care experience

I am very tentative to health needs because that is what I have a background in for my education. I have a bachelors in biology and am looking to go into health care eventually. I know the importance of attentiveness towards critical care and alertness to when situations might be looking off. I pride myself in my organization, independence, and competence to complete most any task put my way even when it requires learning how to do it for the first time.

Wren has been an animal lover her whole life. From the moment she was born, she has had either a cat or dog or both in her home to teach her the responsibilities of caring for something that is dependent on her. Wren has sat for animals since she was a small girl who could just walk to the neighbors with me, and feed their pets. As she got older, she started housesitting along with caring for people’s animals. She has many long standing “clients” who regularly call for her help when they leave town.
