Positive Dog Trainer and Caregiver
I currently work as a positive reinforcement dog trainer. In addition to that experience I have just always loved animals and have been taking care of them for at least 15 years now. Over the years I have taken care of dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, fish, and birds.

I take care of my own dog using positive reinforcement training, walks, nose work, lots of snuggles, and paying attention to their needs. Any client’s pet will be treated with the same love I have for my own pets and desire to make sure all animals in my care are having all of their needs met. I will make sure to follow all instructions given and take care to make sure your pet has the best experience possible.

Fantastic! Winona gave us the peace of mind we didn't know we needed. She's immediately trustworthy and really got to know our dog's quirks. Our pup adores her, the updates are so great to get throughout the day and she's even done some reactivity training during walks with positive reinforcement. We recommend Winona without hesitation!
As the parent of a very anxious dog who has epilepsy and has to take lots of meds, I was very nervous to find a new sitter after moving from out of my previous state. We found Winona, and my dog instantly loved her. After two drop-ins and one weekend with Winona, we’re thrilled to have the ability to get away but trust our babies are in good hands.
Winona came to walk our pup and check on him twice a day with very short notice. She was great with him and seemed very knowledgable about positive reinforcement training techniques which was great to know he was getting the same training on his walks with her. She also left very detailed updates with great pictures of him!
Winona was wonderful, so very thoughtful and communicated perfectly! Lou was a happy dog:)

Winona did a wonderful job watching Cali and our house for us over Labor Day weekend. She was communicative, respectful and showed our girl lots of love. We really appreciated her taking Cali for walks and she also brought along some puzzles to get her mentally stimulated and tire her out. We would book her again in a heartbeat!
